Clean up qt3dstudio/ogl-runtime build setup

      Due to challenges in getting initial code commit to integrate the ogl-runtime build configuration now has multiple (probably overlapping) ways of opting out of target platforms. These need to be cleaned up once initial code commit has integrated.
