List of referenced materials is empty although there are materials available

Tested with Windows.

Test steps:
1. Add a basic object to the scene and modify a basic material for it
2. Add another object to the scene
3. Go to object’s material properties. Set Material Type to referenced material and choose referenced material
-> The list of referenced materials is empty. See attached screenshot.
