Implement proof-of-concept demo of 3D studio presentation with 5 views / cameras. Should be suitable for lenticular 3D screen testing.

• Same approach as earlier View3D stereoscopic poc, but with 5 views instead of just 2.
• Should be possible to change camera separation between each view.
• In this 5 views mode, cameras shouldn't move just sideways in x-coordinate but move circularly keeping main content centered.
• Add shader to produce lenticular grid pattern from views.
