Keyframe dnd/snapping issue

      1. I move a keyframe by dragging it in the timeline.
      2. I hold Shift to snap it to i.e. the 5 second mark.
      3. Once done, I check the position of the keyframe and it is 4.999 instead of 5.

      It doesn't happen always but most of the times.
