If user wants to move project from bottom of timeline to the top of timeline it is a bit tricky. If there is eg. Speedometer3 at the bottom of timeline and user wants to move it to the top of the time line for example to other layer, he cannot just drag that project to the top and move it to right place. User needs to close all folders and then drag that project to right place. 

1. Add few different objects/projects to timeline
2. Open dropdowns, so you can scroll timeline 
3. Try to move lowest one to the top eg. under first layer

      -> Cannot move project by dragging it, because timeline won't scroll.
