Update sub-presentation Id after change in all places it is used

After changing a presentation ID from the project view context menu. It should be updated in the rest of the application (choice boxes and dialogs). Also All .uip files in the project should be parsed and if the changed sub-presentation id is in use in any of those files, it should be replaced with the new id.
