Selection rectangle issue

If a property row is expanded, the selection rectangle won't work correctly for selecting key frames in rows under the expanded property row.

Keyframes are selected too early, if you start dragging the rectangle from the top of timeline.

Tree side right-click context menu also suffers from the same issue.
