Depth test not working with several transparent objects in scene

I have two objects in the scene, when I change the opacity of the objects so that neither of them are fully opaque it seems like depth test is basically disabled. Sames issue in Editor, old Viewer and new Viewer.

The same issue both when changing opacity for the mesh and when changing opacity for the material.
