AO Sampling Rate slider cannot be set to 1

At layer inspector control AO Sampling Rate cannot be set to one by using slider. User can write that 1 to the field.

1. Choose layer from timeline
2. Slide Ambient Occlusion slider 
3. Try to set AO Sampling Rate to 1 by sliding. 

      -> Can only slide to 2
