qt3d-runtime/2.0 and qt3dstudio/2.0 missing shadow WIP branches

At the moment qt3dstudio/qt3d-runtime/2.0 and qt3dstudio/qt3dstudio/2.0 are built against Qt dev branch as the WIP shadow branches have gone missing for some reason! This is incorrect. 2.0 release must be compatible with Qt 5.11 and built on top of Qt 5.11.0.

To correct this update qt3dstudio/qt3d-runtime/2.0 and qt3dstudio/qt3dstudio/2.0 branches to build using current head of Qt 5.11.0 by having a 2.0 WIP branch for it.
