3D Studio installer should make .uia files to launch studio editor instead of viewer

QT3DS-886 adds support for launching .uia files with studio editor. This means we should also change the installer so that studio editor is launched instead of viewer when doubleclicking on .uia file on explorer (similar to how .uip files are currently handled).
