The welcome screen/tutorial has two buttons; Open Sample Project and Create New. 

If you open these screen from filemenu (Help -> Open Tutorial) the buttons doesn't work, when you click them they will only close the Screen.

If you try these buttons when the Screen is opened as you start Studio they will work but the behavior is not correct, you can click and hold a button with mouse, if you then move the mouse while holding the button it will open the dialog. Moving the mouse has same effect as releasing mouse button.
