Ensure Android viewer build doesn't require unnecessary permissions

1.0 version of Android viewer app we posted to Google Play store requires seemingly unnecessary permissions. Blog comments mention at least microphone access as one. 1.1 viewer update needs to remove these extra permissions. For agreeing a minimal set of permissions we should have, please contact tokorpip.
