Timeline improvements in Qt 3D Studio

Collects together Qt 3D Studio timeline palette improvements. Most of these should be checked with Design Studio team to build a common way of working with the timeline whenever possible. But as Qt 3D Studio has had the timeline since 1.0 it is a key aspect of the tool and existing users should be respected in that we don't suddenly break things completely.
