Undo/Redo stack breaks when editing properties

To repro: 

• Open sample project
• Select needle
• Drag-adjust one of the position components
• Drag-adjust one of the rotation components
• Drag-adjust one of the scale components
• Undo
• Undo
• Undo
• Redo
• Redo -> should restore rotation change, but does nothing. There is no action in redo stack

In general, doing a redo seems to clear the entire remaining stack.
