Integrate QSR nightly test server results with TestRail

The RTA team is already using the integration between the TestRail and the Jenkins server. Use a similar approach for entering the QSR results automatically to the test server from the QSR nightly test system.

Or consider using Jenkins as a test automation server. That would enable many plugins to visualize the data, for example, code coverage rate, etc.

Definition of Done:

1. All wanted features are covered with these checks
2. Tests are run and pass in all applicable configurations in Jenkins
3. Test cases are in TestRail suites and plans
4. Test results are in TestRail
