Importing QSR items to Designer shows up as QSR 1.0 (Qt Toolchain, R2.3)

Install QSR 1.1 content from staging, build QSR and install.

Create new QML project, in Creator go to Design->Imports-> click to open the '<add import>' dropdown menu and search for the Qt.SafeRenderer item, the version number is 1.0 when is should be 1.1
