QSR 1.1 Backward compatibility

      QSR 1.1 must support the backward compatibility as follows:

      • layout files that are created with QSR 1.0 must work with QSR 1.1

      Note: layout files created with QSR 1.1 do not work with QSR 1.0. Instead, an invalid layout error will be raised.
