• Walkthrough review performed first
• Document has been verified according to verification specification (see document in Sharepoint: https://qtcompany.sharepoint.com/:w:/r/sites/QtQuality/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc=%7B854D5752-AF13-4622-A835-0913E0FAA4A3%7D&file=Qt_Safe_Renderer_Verification_Specification.docx&action=default&mobileredirect=true)

• • Inspection checklist has been used and inspection record filled by document owner
  • There are separate inspection checklist and record templates available in the SharePoint review folder (see https://qtcompany.sharepoint.com/sites/QtQuality/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?RootFolder=%2Fsites%2FQtQuality%2FShared%20Documents%2FCertifications%2FFunctional%20Safety%2FQt%20Safe%20Renderer%20documentation%2FReview&FolderCTID=0x012000B6E47D67F1610B44A1F94D74747D077C&View=%7B55C82929%2D59C7%2D4D17%2DAE93%2DA4133D5D47BB%7D)
