Qt Safe Renderer 1.1 release

Qt Safe Renderer 1.1 final release contains certified implementation of https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QSR-257.
This user story will contain all common sub-tasks that are required for creating and publishing the Qt Safe Renderer 1.1 final release and all its release candidates.

• Testing:
  for each release candidate there will be sub-tasks for different kind of legacy tests that are run for the release candidate (like "run legacy runtime tests on INTEGRITY for RC1"). The testing tasks for the new QSR 1.1 features are found under the related user story (QSR-257). Thus it is easy to see how many release candidates the QSR 1.1 release have had and what kind of tests (in high level) were executed for each release candidate.

• Documentation:
  all general documentation sub-tasks (like writing the release note, verification report etc.) will be found under this user story. Documentation sub-tasks related to the new QSR 1.1 features (like updating the architecture specification) are found under the related user story (QSR-257).

This user story can be closed when QSR 1.1 final release has been published.
