No check for maximum dimensions in QSafeTextLayout or in QSafeBitmapReader

There's no check for maximum dimensions in QSafeTextLayout:parseElement() nor QSafeBitmapReader::validateBitmapHeaderV3 or V4. One should check against invalid sized width or height even if the layout generator does check during generation.
