Include fuzz testing in the nightly test server

Check if the fuzz testing could be automatically triggered for the nightly test runs, or it could be performed over the weekend when the system is idling. And check if the fuzzing should be done inside a virtual machine in case something goes wrong so we don't lose the server.

At need, the fuzzing can be considered to be done in some of the RTA VMs.

Definition of Done

• the implementation details for the running machine has been decided (plain, VM, or RTA VM)
• fuzzing can be executed
• suitable automatic scheduling has been defined
• fuzzing can continue from the last time at need
• overall results page contains summary for this
