Deploy the froglogic Squish GUI Tester to local development environment

Now the Squish GUI Tester is used in RTA and it is planned to be used on nightly test server automatically

Definition of Done:

• Have the local node locked licenses for each team members each machine.
• Have the Squish GUI Tester installed for each member's each machine
• Activate the license
• Perform a simple test with provided examples that setup works
• Prepare to provide the test scripts as part of the QSR Git repo
