Create QSR specific custom parameters for TestRail

Create similar custom configure options for the project fields as in the QSR 1.2.
Tune at need. These are required for the correct views when printing the suites, plans and reports.

The following fields have been configured to contain QSR 2.0 also. They are identical to QSR 1.2 fields

• Test type details (string)
• Test basis (drop-down)
