Created the following test plans as initial drafts for the nearest applicable milestones. These need to be updated later when having the test suites updated and configurations selected officially. Separated Qt version specific tests in CI (Coin for the newer LTS, and QSR Nightly Test Server for the older LTS). The same applies for the release test automation (RTA). Also the manual tests are divided to host testing and target HW testing.
