Data retention policy considerations for the release candidate/final package.

It would be handy to have a copy of the selected RTA data for the QSR package automatically in some folder, where it will be archived for two decades.

Now the data is stored among the other jobs logs, and those are not meant for long-term archival. 

So we need to figure out a solution that will make copying the data easy. It can be enabled before running the tests or after running the tests, if the results met expectations. (like commit results button). We do not want to archive temporary results, only the final results.

More thinking is needed. We do not have yet idea for the archive location in place. And if the TestRail results point to the certain logs, those links will not work, if the data is archived somewhere else. So a solution for the link handling is also needed.

It could also be considered, that the respective logs are added to the TestRail results as an attachment zip.
