Add timelines to examples

Cover the use of the timelines in the QSR examples.

Either embed to existing or create new.

And mention that in the safety manual. There are now some links to the other documentation about timeline, but those are quite thin. Perhaps dedicated example for the QSR could be used.

Now the only file that addresses the timelines are in the QSR integration tests. Not so easy to find.
