Rename system event state

Now the concept state is used in different contexts in the QSR.

Upon the QSR 1.2 the state can refer to safe QML object's states.

Or it can refer to some system state. (homebrewn term in earlier QSR release)

Rename the latter case to some other to avoid confusion.
