Create test scripts for testing all safe text options

Create a test script that generates wanted combinations of the safe texts with all supported text features.
Create tests for testing the entire set of ISO/IEC 8859-1:1998 (Latin-1) characters.

Definition of Done:

1. All wanted features are covered with these checks
2. Tests are run and pass in all applicable configurations in Coin
3. Test cases are in TestRail suites and plans
4. Test results are in TestRail
5. Test code is reviewed
6. Test code is in version control
