Trigger the QSR test server for code changes inside Qt Creator

Add suitable steps and targets to Qt Creator, so that Qt company's QSR developer can trigger the test server for the code changes easily.

And possibly will get the link to the results, or even better, the results to the Qt Creator.

Or make the test server tasks to be run locally and make it obsolete? (might require suitable licenses for the developers)
