Materials combobox sometimes highlighted when selecting 3D component in Navigator

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create/open a project
      • Import attached 3D asset to the project
      • Double click 3D asset in Components view to edit it
      • Open Navigator and Properties view
      • Click door_rear_right component in Navigator
      • -> Properties -> Model -> Materials combobox looks as expected, no highlight
      • Click taillight_right component in Navigator
      • -> Materials combobox is now highlighted for no obvious reason. Would expect to see highlight/selection only if I click the combobox.
