DS Share Application Online / Design Viewer Not Loading

      When attempting to use the DS 'Share Application Online' feature from the File drop down menu, the Design Viewer is not loading. 
      After clicking on 'Share' the window will go black/blank for a moment and then return a message saying 'File Not Found'.

      See attached screencaps.

      Fresh install of DS 4.0 (all previous versions removed).
