No information or onboarding for Effect Maker.

As a Design Studio user, I want to open up the new EffectMaker that I have heard about.  How do I do it?  There isn't any information on it.  

After asking the right people I found that it is accessible in the right click context menu of the assets panel.  This is not obvious.  There should be another way to access EffectMaker.
