Create more building blocks to define logic

We require more building blocks for logic.

• Connect to a signal, delay/compress it by 1s, reemit another signal.
• Connect to a signal only if a condition is true, reemit another signal.
• Connect to a signal and depending on a condtion remit two different signals.
