Cancelling deletion of default state changes the default state.

I have two states as in the image above.

1. For State1, select the ... menu and select Delete.
2. Doing this will set Base State to the default state.
3. If I now select Cancel on the delete dialog, Base State remains default.

So the problem is that default state is change before I confirm the deletion, not after.
