NodeDetails page is in the old state after page switch

Home page, NodeDetails view shows properties prior to their change. 

Open Plugin, click any node in project, change any of it's plugin-related properties (like "Export as"). 
Switch to Settings tab, then back. 
New changes disappered, page shows state prior to properties change (however internally change occured, but UI state hasn't updated properly and returned to original selection).
