Provide older Qt Design Studio versions via Qt Online installer.

      Currently Qt Online installer provides latest 3.9.0 and 4.0.0-snapshot Qt Design Studio packages to be installed.

      If user would need to install Qt Design Studio 3.7.0 it is not possible at the moment as there is no offline installer available.

      Could older versions of Qt Design Studios be available via Online installer?
