"Return to Design" redirects to Welcome Screen

      1. I have a project open i QDS.
      2. From that project, I open an image in the QDS image viewer.
      3. I select Return to Design. This should take me to Design Mode but takes me to the Welcome Screen.
      4. If I again select Return to Design from the Welcome Screen, it correctly takes me to Design Mode.
