Bridge not exporting Arcs properly ( as ArcItem) in 3.9

 We are using the below Figma Design (link) for some demos on Qt Bridge and the export of the Speedometer Arc was as an ArcItem ( Studio Component) until 3.7 ( or maybe 3.8 ). But with 3.9, it is exported as an Image. However , I could also see some other elements converetd to ArcItems in 3.9 and not the expected one.
 
Can someone have a look and confirm if this is a bug , or if we are expected to work with Arcs differently in Figma ?
