Implement a straightforward save flow for QDS in QQEM

      When user is ready in effect maker and wants to return back to DS he/she should only click 'Save' and QQEM should

      • not show additional modals
      • save the effect (and changes) to the project structure of the DS project
      • close the QQEM and return to flow-view
