clean up timeline toolbar

Clean up toolbar to look as close to design as possible.

Apply toolbar button style

move playback speed, start frame and current frame together and add labels

move timeline id and state label to left edge and remove gaps

move icon block together and make spacing even

bonus points - look into the unnecessary black bars in timeline main UI.
