macOS: docking a view sometimes gets stuck

      Tested with 4.0.0 snapshot ( Build Jan 24 2023 03:33:31) on macOS Monterey 12.6

      • Sometimes when docking a view it's not docked but gets stuck. No matter where I click or what I do seems to help, except close and reopen DS completely. Please see attached picture.
      • Does not reproduce all the time, but often enough that the issue should be reproducible after few tries.
