suggest QDS shall generate kits like QC

QC can automatically detect the installed kits by maintenance tool. 
eg. after I install Qt6.2.4 MSVC, QC will generate the kit automatically.
I would like QDS can do the same thing. because the designer might doesn't know the compiler or CMake information.
