Add Quick Controls import to Components and Frames that use Figma Quick Control

When using the new control templates as instances in your design, we currently do not automatically add the Quick Controls import to the generated UI file. Although the import works the control's properties come through in an unordered and unsorted list, which looks bad.

When the import is added the property sheets for the Controls are correctly used so the Controls Properties have a good UX.

Workaround is to add the import manually to the files in the Figma Bridge imports section or in QtDS post import, but would be nicer if it was automatic.
