In my application the scrollbar works correct when I drag it to the bottom. I can see the bottom part of the page and the scrollbar stops when it reaches the bottom.

In the web broswer, the scrollbar doesnt stop when it reaches the bottom, I can drag it further. And its impossible to scroll all the way down so that you can see the bottom part of the page.
