Crash when naming an effect "a".

Steps to reproduce:

• Create an empty effect file in the content folder of a QDS project and name it "a.qep"
• Double click the effect file in the assets view, create a basic effect, save and export.
• Drag the effect to a view3D node in Navigator or 2D view.
• the 3D view freezes (render puppet crash). Restarting the puppet doesn't solve.
