Context menus should close when starting to scroll the view

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Content Library
• Right click on top of "Architectural" in Materials tab
• Scroll the view
• Expand All/Collapse all context menu does not close and gets weird position
• Same happens for context menus that open when right clicking Material/Texture/Environment.
