Target Qt Versions in project wizard Qt6.2 and Qt6.3 when Kit is Qt6.4

      In project wizard you can select Target Qt Version. Available options in QDS 3.8 are Qt 5.15, 6.2 and 6.3. Kits in snapshot are Qt 5.15.5 and Qt 6.4.0.

      -> Should 6.3 option in wizard be now 6.4? what is 6.2 used for?
