Setting duplicate ids for timeline/animation doesn't trigger an error

    Description

      • When setting a duplicate id on a timeline/animation it doesn't show an error message.
      • The id stays the same (invalid) until the dialog is closed. When the dialog is closed and opened again, it will have the prior valid id.
