A new Qt Quick file added to a resource does not seem to be part of the project until project is reopened.

      How to reproduce:

      1) Create Qt Quick Application
      2) Add new Qt Quick file to resource (by using the combobox in the wizard and using the prefix)
      3) The newly created file does not seem to be part of the project (designer uses always the fallback puppet)

Notes: If I do not touch the combobox and just add the file to the resource, the new file is added to the project and the correct puppet is chosen.

The code model seems to be able to deal with this. Most likely because it is falling back to the kit of the active project.

Closing and opening the new file does not solve the issue. I have to reopen the project.

Suggestion: We should fall back to the puppet of the active project (if there is one) to hide similar issues.
